Yesterday, Reception and Year 1 enjoyed a fantastic illustration workshop that focused on character design .  The workshop was led by a facilitiator from The Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration.  Illustrations are often children’s gateway into books and art, so it is great to get them designing their own characters at such an early age.
