Reception Places September 2028
Voluntary-aided Schools and Supplementary Forms
Holy Trinity is a voluntary-aided school, which means governors set the admission criteria for the school, not the local authority. Pupils will be ranked by school governors according to the criteria set out in our admissions policy. These rankings will be sent to the local authority. In order for governors to rank an application parents must have completed the Holy Trinity Supplementary Form and returned it to the school before the 15th January of the year that the child is expected to start.
Please click here for the Supplementary form.
If you are hoping to qualify for a place under the faith or social/medical criteria, you must provide the evidence set out in the admission policy, otherwise you application will be ranked according to distance.
Applying through the local authority
Applications for a place in Reception class must also be made via the local authority, who administer places on our behalf. Parents can apply for a place from 1st September 2026. The deadline for Reception place application is 15th January 2027.

Tours for 2026-2027 reception places
Parents are advised to book a tour of the school before applying for a place. This is particularly important if your child has additional needs.
You can book a tour of the school by calling 0207 435 9089 or email [email protected]
In Year Admissions
Parents should apply directly to the school in this instance. Our administration team will ask you to complete a Common Application Form and the Supplementary form. If there is a waiting list applications will be ranked as per our admissions policy.

Admissions for Pupils with EHCPs
There is a different procedure for pupils with EHCPs who want to move schools. The local authority where you live should support you with this process. Your current school’s SENDCo should be able to advise who to speak to. If you live in Camden this will be Camden SEND who can be contacted via [email protected].
Appeals
Parents have the right to appeal to an independent panel if they have not been granted a place. Please follow the link to Camden’s Appeals webpage for further details or read the school’s Admissions Policy below.
