Pilgrimage raises £1,193 for Cancer Research

10th March 2025H Trinity

Year 6 completed their pilgrimage walk from The Tower of London to Westminster Abbey on Friday, raising over £1000 for Cancer Research.  What a fabulous achievement!  The children did not complain once about walking the distance, as they were focused on helping others.

Their journey took them through the City of London, where they stopped off at some historically significant churches and other sights that they have studied over their years at Holy Trinity.

Y6 Pilgrimage Walk aims to Raise Money for Cancer Research

4th March 2025H Trinity

Year 6 have chosen the fantastic Cancer Research charity to support through their pilgrimage walk this year.   This is one of the ways we encourage pupils to think about others and advocate on their behalf.  Please do read their moving personal stories about how cancer has touched their lives on their Just Giving page by scanning the QR code below.  If you can make a donation, however small, Year 6 would greatly appreciate it.   Thank you.

Different Ways of Learning

4th February 2025H Trinity

Year 2 wowed parents with their class assembly about Florence Nightingale on Friday. Performances and presentations encourage pupils to commit learning to memory, so that they can articulate it to an audience.

Reception ventured out on the London Overground to Hampstead Heath, where they took part in a workshop linked to their learning about the seasons.  Being out in nature is good for pupils’ wellbeing and demonstrates that learning can take place in any environment.  Reception will visit the Heath again, so that they can experience seasonal changes for themselves.
